Effective October 26, 2026 · Version 2026-10-26.1
Plot and deluxe purchases are paid once, with no renewal. A convoy covers one booked New York day. Sales are final with exceptions for mandatory rights, duplicate charges and non-delivery, including paid content rejected before publication.
1. Before you pay
Purchases are available only to U.S. participants aged 18 or older who can provide the required rights and organization authority. Public browsing is available globally. You must approve the memorial or placement details, price and applicable terms before payment. Submitted material must pass moderation and remain lawful.
GraveBot is digital entertainment and advertising. You are purchasing a digital feature, not physical land, a real funeral, an NFT, equity or an investment. A link or convoy does not guarantee viewers, clicks, sales or search rankings.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Plot price equals your selected cell quantity multiplied by the current per-cell price shown in the purchase flow. Each completed plot order raises the next available per-cell price by $0.01, regardless of that order’s area. Refunds do not lower future prices. A checkout records its own unit price and offer version; if a quote is stale, you must review the new price before a new reservation.
The optional deluxe headstone is $12 once for the entire memorial. A sponsored convoy is $49 for one booked New York calendar day. The final checkout shows any applicable taxes and the full total before you pay. Stripe hosts payment collection.
These are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal or recurring hosting subscription. A separate convoy day requires a separate booking. A temporary inventory hold is not a completed purchase; follow the checkout’s stated expiration and do not pay a second time simply because confirmation is slow.
3. What counts as delivery
Plot and deluxe: delivery occurs when your approved memorial is publicly published with its purchased placement and any selected deluxe feature. Saving a private draft, obtaining an image approval or opening checkout alone does not deliver the purchase. If moderation rejects the material and it is never published, it is not delivered.
Sponsored convoy: delivery is the booked sponsored placement for the selected day, from midnight to midnight in America/New_York. Daylight saving time can make that day 23 or 25 hours. Each booking has its own convoy; available places and configuration can vary. A booking provides placement, without an audience, click, traffic or uninterrupted-view guarantee.
Check your order confirmation and public memorial. If payment succeeds but the item is not delivered, contact support@grave.bot with the order identifier and account email. We will investigate fulfillment or issue an appropriate refund if we cannot deliver.
4. Final sales and exceptions
All sales are final except where mandatory law requires otherwise, you were charged twice for the same purchase, or we do not deliver the purchased service. Moderation rejection before public publication is non-delivery and is eligible for a refund if payment was taken. If a booked placement cannot run, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement day you agree to or a refund for the undelivered service.
Changing your mind, asking to hide or remove a delivered memorial, closing your account, declining to attend a funeral or requesting cancellation of a booked placement does not itself create a voluntary refund entitlement. We do not refund a delivered placement merely because it generated few or no visits. This does not override a statutory cancellation right, a payment remedy or other mandatory protection.
Send refund requests to support@grave.bot with your order identifier, the account email, the issue and any relevant dates. Do not send card numbers or authentication links. We investigate duplicate and non-delivery reports and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go through the original payment route where possible; the payment provider and bank control the time it takes to appear.
5. Moderation, removal and account closure
Paid content remains subject to the content rules and rights requirements. We may hide a memorial or sponsored placement after a report, a changed destination or an approval revocation. We consider the reason for removal and whether the purchased service was delivered when deciding a refund request; we preserve mandatory remedies and do not treat payment as permission to publish unlawful content.
You may request public removal and account closure through account privacy controls or support@grave.bot. Removal ends our active display after processing; it does not guarantee deletion of search-engine caches, downloaded share cards or copies held by others. Necessary order and legal records may be retained.
6. Hosting and the inventory cap
The permanent 1,000,000-cell inventory cap does not promise permanent operation. Our goal is availability for at least five years after an approved memorial is published; that is not a guaranteed minimum term, lifetime hosting commitment or uptime guarantee. The service can change or close as explained in the Terms. Any mandatory remedies for non-delivery remain in place.
Your receipt and recorded offer govern the purchased feature. Contact us if the confirmation differs from what you accepted. A future policy update does not silently change the price or accepted purchase terms on an existing order.
