2. Preparing your notice
Email our designated agent at gravebot-dmca@copybyte.com with the subject “Copyright report” and the information above. Please include the exact GraveBot URL and enough detail to identify the affected page or artwork, or a representative list for multiple works. You can also contact support@grave.bot or send provider correspondence to Canary Doctor LLC, 909 Rose Avenue, Suite 400, North Bethesda, MD 20852.
Consider whether permission, a license or a legal exception applies before making a claim. Do not use a copyright notice to resolve an unrelated commercial disagreement or suppress lawful criticism. Knowingly material misrepresentations can have legal consequences.
3. Agent registration
The U.S. Copyright Office directory lists the designation as active from October 24, 2026, including the alternate names Grave Bot and grave.bot. The agent’s address above is separate from our provider correspondence address.
4. What happens after a report
A moderation approval or a customer’s payment does not establish their right to publish. We may restrict material while investigating and preserve necessary evidence. We may share the notice and claimant contact information with the affected submitter, an authorized copyright-report service provider such as CopyByte, advisers or authorities where needed to handle the claim. Avoid unrelated sensitive information in a notice.
If your content is affected and you believe the action was a mistake, email support@grave.bot with the notice reference, affected URL and an explanation or evidence of authorization. If a formal statutory counter-notice process applies, we will provide the appropriate instructions, including any required statements and the consequences of forwarding it to a claimant. We do not automatically restore material merely because an informal appeal is received.
We may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. For trademark, impersonation, privacy or other content concerns, use Report content. Payment and refund questions are covered by the purchase policy.
