GraveBot is operated by Canary Doctor LLC. For account help, an order problem, a refund request, accessibility assistance or an appeal, email support@grave.bot. Our support channels are email and mail. We do not currently provide phone support.

Include the relevant page URL or order identifier, the account email if needed to locate your order, and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify identity before discussing private account records.

2. Reports and requests

• Report content for impersonation, harmful links, privacy violations or other prohibited material.
• Copyright reports for infringement notices and the information we need to investigate them.
• Privacy requests for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint.
• Account privacy controls for signed-in export, removal and closure requests.
• Accessibility for alternatives and help with barriers.
